It wasn't until I was in my mid-thirties that it started to "sink in" that: Mary, Joseph, the Disciples, the Apostle Paul, etc. really *were* three-dimensional, imperfect and "real" people. Up until then, I always felt apart from them ... as though they were famous actors in a movie. Mary and Joseph did not have the *complete* script; nor do we.
